Problem
The most costly part in animal husbandry in the cost structure is feed. To effectively manage the feeding process, you need to understand how the feed is consumed, whether there are losses, what is the actual conversion rate of a particular room, and not the “average temperature in the hospital.”
Solution
Our system in a matter of seconds determines the remainder of the feed, what is the dynamics of its consumption in each bunker and when it is necessary to send a request for replenishment of stocks. The system is based on the method of measuring the level of feed in the bunker with subsequent conversion through volume into mass, taking into account the density of a particular type of feed. The measurement error in this way is about 3%.
